Florine Leoni is born 1980 in Switzerland

currently she lives and works in Basel and Montreal,

Florine Leoni works with different media such as video, sound and site specific installation. Her work deals with the generation of out of the ordinary states and situations. She achives that by triggering image-constellations through videos or through a direct physical intervention in space. Her exploration is of different spacial circumstances, their limits, their transgression and cancellation, and their epistemical rules of play.
